Heartland Group announces new compliance officer

Heartland Group Holdings has released its Annual Report for the year ended June 30, 2023.

The report is available electronically and can be requested by shareholders.

Additionally, the company has announced the appointment of Michael Drumm as the Chief Compliance & Sustainability Officer of Heartland Bank, effective October 1, 2023, pending approval from the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.

In this new role, Drumm will be responsible for establishing a regulatory affairs and compliance function within Heartland Bank and advancing sustainability initiatives, including implementing the Climate-Related Disclosures regime.
