Vital Limited (VTL) has announced that Mr. Mike Shirley will retire as an independent director on September 30, 2023.
This decision is due to his recent appointment onto Chorus Ltd Executive Team, to avoid any perception of a conflict of interest.
VTL is grateful for Mr. Shirley's contributions and is in the process of finding a replacement director.
