Vital Limited (VTL) announces Director resignation
VTL announced today that Mr Mike Shirley will retire as an independent director on 30 September 2023 due to avoid any perception of a conflict of interest arising from his recent appointment onto Chorus Ltd Executive Team.
Mike has been a valued contributor to the Board over his short tenure, providing exceptional industry knowledge and skills. The Directors thank him for his contributions and wish him well.
VTL has begun the process for a replacement Director, and further details will be announced in due course.
