Henderson Far East Income Limited, a fund managed by Janus Henderson Fund Management UK Limited, has announced that it has agreed to allot 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 278.00p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.
The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 19 July 2022 was 272.0p.
The shares will be issued for cash on 21 July 2022, increasing the issued share capital and total voting rights to 154,273,564.
