The Company announces that it agreed on 19 July 2022 to allot 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 278.00p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 19 July 2022 was 272.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 21 July 2022. As at 21 July 2022 the issued share capital and total voting rights will be 154,273,564.
