NZ Automotive Investments Limited (NZX:NZA) has announced that Gordon Shaw will be appointed as Interim CEO, effective from 5.00pm on 26 August 2022.
Shaw will no longer be an independent director following his appointment, and the Board has commenced an executive search for a new CEO.
Once a new CEO is appointed, Shaw will resume his role as an independent director.
