Investore Property has declared a cash dividend of 1.625 cents per share for the third quarter of the 2024-25 financial year.
The dividend, which will be paid on March 14, 2025, will carry imputation credits of 0.611134 cents per share.
Non-resident shareholders will also receive a supplementary dividend of 0.277321 cents per share.
The company said it is targeting an annual cash dividend of 6.50 cents per share for the 2024-25 financial year.
The dividend reinvestment plan, announced in May 2023, will operate for this dividend, with a 2% discount applied to the issue price.
The last date for applications to participate in the plan is February 27, 2025.
