Investore Property reports 32% profit increase

Investore Property has reported a 32% increase in profit after income tax for the six months ended Sept 30, 2025.

The company's profit after income tax reached $12.8 million, up from $9.7m in the same period last year.

This was attributed to higher net rental income and lower finance expenses.

Distributable profit, which is a non-GAAP measure, also increased by $1.3m to $15.2m.

Investore's portfolio, valued at $1b, had a high occupancy rate of 99% and an average lease term of 6.6 years.

The company declared a dividend of 1.625 cents per share for the quarter ended Sept 30, 2025.
