Investore Property has reported a profit after income tax of $38.4 million for the year ended March 31, 2025, up from a loss of $67.1m in the previous year.
The increase in profit was attributed to resilient operating earnings and a positive revaluation outcome.
The company's portfolio was valued at $1b, representing a net gain in fair value of $12.2m or 1.3% over the 12 months.
Investore's portfolio optimisation and targeted growth strategies included the divestment of two non-core properties and the acquisition of Bunnings Westgate in Auckland.
The company declared a final cash dividend of 1.625 cents per share for the fourth quarter of FY25, bringing the total cash dividend for the year to 6.5 cents per share.
