Lorraine Witten to retire from Mercury's board

Lorraine Witten has announced her decision not to seek re-election at Mercury's annual shareholders' meeting this year.

Witten, who was appointed to the board in 2022, will retire from the board and step down after the completion of the financial year 2025 annual financial statements and reporting in August.

Mercury's board chair, Scott St John, expressed gratitude for Witten's service, highlighting her commercial acumen and background in innovation and high change environments.
