James Redmayne will resign from his executive role at WasteCo, effective June 30 2024.
He will also step down as an executive director and transition to a non-independent director on July 1 2024.
Redmayne, who has been with the company since its inception in 2013, played a key role in WasteCo's transition from a private to a listed entity in 2022.
He will, however, remain a shareholder and director on the board, and will be available to the company in a consulting capacity after his departure.
WasteCo is a South Island waste solution company, offering services for liquid and solid waste processing and diversion from landfill.
