WasteCo announces that James Redmayne will resign from his executive role
WasteCo Group Ltd announces that James Redmayne has given notice that effective 30 June 2024, James is to resign from his executive role with WasteCo and will therefore no longer be an executive director and will transition to being a non-independent director effective 1 July 2024.
James has been with the business since its inception in 2013 and was integral in the company’s transition from a private to a listed entity in 2022. Late last year James conveyed his desire to step away from the CEO role and has assisted in successfully integrating our new CEO David Peterson over the last few months.
James remains a key shareholder and director on the board and will be available to the company in a consulting capacity in the months following his departure.
