John Nichol appointed independent chair of PGG Wrightson

PGG Wrightson has announced a change in its governance, with John Nichol being appointed as the independent chair of the company.

Nichol, who previously served as a director and audit committee member from 2013 to 2019, brings extensive experience in the agriculture sector.
