Promisia Healthcare has announced the resignation of group general manager Karen Lake.
Lake, who has been on leave since August 2024, is stepping down for personal reasons.
Promisia's board chair, Rhonda Sherriff, acknowledged Lake's contribution to the company since joining in August 2023.
Craig Percy, the company's executive director, will serve as the acting group general manager until a permanent replacement is found.
The recruitment process for the role will begin in February 2025.
