Resignation of Karen Lake

Promisia Healthcare Limited (Promisia) (NZX: PHL) advises that group general manager Karen Lake has resigned from the company.

Karen has been on leave since August 2024 and is stepping down for personal reasons.

Board chair Rhonda Sherriff acknowledged Karen’s contribution since joining the company in August 2023 and wishes her well for future endeavours.

Experienced aged care executive and current executive director, Craig Percy, will continue as acting group general manager until a permanent replacement has been appointed.

Recruitment for the role will commence in February 2025.
