Kiwi Property Group Limited has successfully raised NZ$125 million in 6.5-year fixed-rate senior secured green bonds through a bookbuild process, with an interest rate of 6.24% per annum.
The bonds will be issued on 27 March 2023 and will mature on 27 September 2029.
They will be quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code KPG060 from 28 March 2023.
