London Investment Trust to delist from NZX

The City of London Investment Trust is set to delist from the NZX main board, with the final day of trading scheduled for March 19, 2024.

The delisting is subject to meeting certain standard delisting conditions.

After the close of business on March 19, TCL's ordinary shares will be halted and suspended.

If the final standard delisting conditions are met, TCL's ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and the company will be delisted from the NZX on March 21, 2024.
