Managing Director and Independent Chair Appointments

Allied Farmers Limited has appointed Richard Milsom as its new Managing Director, effective 5 April 2023.

Mr Milsom, who founded and manages NZ Rural Land Management Limited, will oversee Allied's investment in NZ Rural Land Management Limited and NZ Farmers Livestock Limited.

Persons associated with Mr Milsom have agreed to purchase all of Elevation Capital Management Limited's shares in Allied, giving him 15.8% ownership.

Current Chair Christopher Swasbrook has stepped down, and Shelley Ruha will assume the role of Independent Chair.

Ms Ruha said the new management and governance structure provides a solid foundation for growth.
