Manawa Energy has announced the early redemption and delisting of its three series of unsecured, unsubordinated fixed rate bonds.
The decision to redeem the bonds, which were issued in 2019 and 2022, comes after Contact Energy's acquisition of all the shares in Manawa.
The redemptions will take place on August 5, 2025, with the redemption price to be determined and published by Manawa on or after July 15, 2025.
Following the redemptions, Manawa will be delisted from the NZX.
The company's registered office and mailing address have also changed.
