Marlborough Wine Estates Group has announced that its 2024 annual meeting of shareholders will take place on December 20, 2024, in Auckland.
Shareholders will be asked to vote on three resolutions, including the reappointment of BDO as the company's auditor and the approval of its delisting from the NZX Main Board.
The meeting will also cover a special resolution regarding an amendment to the company's constitution.
