Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand has declared a dividend of 3 cents per share for the 2024 financial year.
The dividend, which will be fully imputed, is payable to all shareholders holding ordinary or redeemable preference shares on June 19.
The company's board made the decision to declare a dividend now that there are no longer any restrictions in place.
