NZ RegCo has placed a trading halt on Metro Performance Glass Limited (MPG) ordinary shares at the request of the issuer.
The halt is in response to third-party substantial product holder notices and a potential transaction involving MPG.
The halt will remain in place until the release of an announcement from MPG or market open on Wednesday, 20 July 2023.
