Message:

NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt on Metro Performance Glass Limited ("MPG") ordinary shares. The halt was placed at premarket open today, Tuesday, 18 July 2023.

The trading halt has been put in place pending the release of an announcement from MPG in response to the third-party substantial product holder notices and potential transaction involving MPG. MPG expects to release its announcement today.

The trading halt will remain in place until the release of the announcement or market open on Wednesday, 20 July 2023.
