MHM Automation granted NZX rule waiver

MHM Automation has announced that it has been granted a waiver from a rule of the NZX Listing Rules.

The waiver, granted by NZ RegCo, relieves MHM from the obligation to release a results announcement for the financial half-year ending on 31 December 2023, under certain conditions.

These conditions include the implementation of a scheme of arrangement and the delisting of MHM from the NZX Main Board before 29 March 2024.

If the scheme is implemented and MHM is delisted by the deadline, shareholders will not receive the financial half-year results.

MHM expects its shares to be in a trading halt and delisting to be imminent prior to the deadline for releasing the results announcement.

Shareholders have already been provided with certain financial information as part of the scheme booklet and notice of meeting.
