Mike Cutter joins Tower board as director

Tower Limited has announced the appointment of Mike Cutter as an independent director to the Tower Board. Mr. Cutter has extensive experience in the financial services sector and currently serves as the Chair of Arteva Funding and a non-executive Director of Sezzle and Pepper Money.

He has previously held executive roles in various organizations in Australia and New Zealand.

Tower Chair, Michael Stiassny, stated that Mr. Cutter's experience in risk management will be valuable as the company focuses on growth and innovation.

The appointment is effective immediately, and Mr. Cutter will retire at the Annual Shareholder Meeting in February 2024.

Tower CEO, Blair Turnbull, will step down from the Board.
