Move Logistics reshuffles board, appoints new directors

Transport and logistics group, Move Logistics, has announced changes to its board, including the appointment of two new directors.

Chris Dunphy will step down as a director on March 28 2024, after three years of service, in order to focus on personal enterprises.

Dunphy, however, will remain a significant and supportive shareholder in the company.

The appointment of Greg Kern and Greg Whitham as new directors comes in response to a request from substantial shareholders, who represent over 30% of Move's issued capital, and have expressed support for the company's leadership team and strategy.

Whitham, one of the original founding partners of the group, will serve as a non-executive, non-independent director.

Kern, the managing director of Kern Group, brings expertise in strategic planning and corporate structure.

Both directors' appointments are effective immediately and they will stand for election by shareholders at Move's 2024 annual meeting.
