New Talisman Gold Mines has successfully closed its private placement, raising $1.12 million.
The company issued 29.67 million ordinary shares at a 10% discount to the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) for the 10 days prior to the placement allotment, amounting to $0.038 per share.
The shares will be allotted today.
Three directors of the company participated in the placement, contributing a total of $175,000.
The funds raised will be used for working capital purposes.
