New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited (NZO) has signed an extension to the Gas Supply Agreement with Genesis Energy for supply of gas from the Kupe field for the next three years.
The Kupe Joint Venture has also signed a drilling contract with Valaris for drilling the KS-9 well in the second half of 2023.
This extension and drilling contract are part of NZO's efforts to ensure reliable supply of gas and avoid disruption and energy price inflation in New Zealand.
