Downer EDI Limited announced today that Peter Watson has resigned from his position as Independent Non-executive Director with effect no later than 30 June 2023.
Mark Menhinnitt, Acting Chairman, thanked Mr Watson for his contributions to the company and announced the formation of a Tender Risk Evaluation Committee with immediate effect.
