Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares under the on-market share buyback programme, as per the 8 June 2022 announcement.
This is in accordance with the Financial Markets Conduct (FMC) Rule 2.9.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993.
