NZ Windfarms Limited NZ Windfarms has announced that Mr Mark Evans intends to step down from the Board of Directors at the conclusion of the company’s annual shareholder meeting expected to be held late September.
Mr Evans has been a valued member of the Board since May 2019, and the Chairman praised his contribution to the company’s governance.
Mr Evans expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to serve the company and praised its ability to adapt and change with the times.
The Board extends its sincere thanks to Mr Evans for his dedication and service over the years.
