• 500 Ordinary Shares of NZ Rural Land Management GP Holdings Limited Allied Farmers Limited has today announced that they have received a binding valuation of $8.3 million for the 50 percent of NZ Rural Land Management that they do not already own.
The acquisition of the 50 percent stake is expected to be completed shortly, with a further update to follow regarding how the payment will be funded and satisfied.
