New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (NZL) has acquired a further 52,676 ordinary shares under the on-market share buyback programme announced to the market on 26 May 2023.
That brings the total shares acquired to in the programme to 359,003. NZL may buy back up to a further 4,990,997 shares.
The S&P/NZX 50 Index closed at 11,717.43, down 117.58 points or 0.99%.
Firm will supply parts for low-orbit satellite but doesn't flag deal as material.
