Oceania Healthcare director Peter Dufaur retires

Oceania Healthcare has announced the retirement of director Peter Dufaur, effective on Sept 30, 2024.

Dufaur, who was appointed to the board in Sept 2021, will be stepping down due to work commitments.

Following his retirement, the company's board will be reduced to six directors, and Gregory Tomlinson will take over as the chair of the development committee.

Additionally, two changes have been made to the board committees, with Rob Hamilton appointed as the chair of the people and culture committee, and Sally Evans appointed as the chair of the sustainability committee.
