Oceania announces governance changes

Oceania Healthcare Limited (NZX, ASX, OCA) advises governance changes.

The Oceania Board announced today that Peter Dufaur will retire from the OCA Board on 30 September 2024.

Mr Dufaur was appointed to the OCA Board on 17 September 2021 with over 25 years experience in the New Zealand property market. Peter is currently Managing Director of Mayfair Group Limited and is retiring from the Board due to work commitments.

Oceania Chair, Elizabeth Coutts said “Peter has made a signification contribution to Oceania with his property and business experience and the Board thank him for his contribution and wish him and his family the best for the future.”

Following Mr Dufaur’s retirement, Gregory Tomlinson will Chair the Development Committee and Oceania’s Board will reduce to six directors.

In addition, there have been changes made to the Board Committees with Rob Hamilton appointed Chair of the People and Culture Committee and Sally Evans appointed as Chair of the Sustainability Committee effective from today.
