PaySauce appoints Chris Ridd for Australian expansion

PaySauce has appointed Chris Ridd as the executive director of its Australian operation.

Ridd, a former managing director of Xero Australia, will initially focus on establishing PaySauce as the leading payroll provider for Australia's dairy farms.

The company aims to replicate its success in the New Zealand market.

In the long term, PaySauce plans to expand its target market to the 700,000 micro-businesses in Australia.

Ridd, who has 30 years of experience in the IT industry, will continue in his role as an operating partner with Macquarie Asset Management while supporting PaySauce.
