Property for Industry (PFI) has announced several changes to its board of directors.
In a statement, PFI said Anthony Beverley will step down as board chair at the close of the company's annual meeting on April 3 2024.
However, Beverley will remain on the board as an independent director.
Following Beverley's departure, Dean Bracewell, who is currently an independent director, will take on the role of board chair.
Meanwhile, independent director David Thomson will assume the position of people committee chair.
These changes will also be effective from the close of the annual meeting.
In addition, independent director Gregory Reidy will retire from the PFI board, also with effect from the annual meeting on April 3 2024.
PFI has appointed Jeremy Simpson to the board, with his appointment expected to take effect on Feb 27 2024.
Simpson's retirement and election by shareholders will be sought at the next annual meeting.
