Promisia Healthcare has reported strong occupancy and sales performance in its Q1 FY26 operational update.

The company said that group care occupancy for June 2025 averaged 87%, with Ranfurly Manor, Golden View, and Ripponburn all exceeding 95% occupancy.

The newly refurbished dementia wing at Nelson Street, which became operational in June, is already making a positive contribution, with the rest home fully occupied and further admissions scheduled.

However, Aldwins House experienced a temporary reduction in occupancy following a strategic reset.

In terms of care suite and apartment sales, Ranfurly Manor has 37 of its 57 care suites occupied, up from 29 in March, with six more under application or contract.

Golden View reported that 18 of its 19 apartments are occupied, with the final unit under contract and expected to settle in August.

Promisia reaffirmed its full-year guidance for FY26 underlying ebitdaf growth of more than 25%.
