Promisia sells Eileen Mary facility for $6.1m

Promisia Healthcare has announced the sale of its Eileen Mary care facility and village in Dannevirke to The Masonic Villages Trust.

The company said the facility is non-core to its portfolio as it seeks larger-scale facilities in regions with growing populations.

The purchase price for the business and assets is $6.1 million, plus GST.

The sale is conditional on regulatory approval and consent to transfer a material contract, with completion anticipated in mid-October.
