NZX RegCo has placed a trading halt on Pushpay Holdings Limited (“PPH”) shares at the request of the issuer.
The halt is in place pending an announcement from the issuer regarding proxy votes for a meeting to be held on 3 March 2023.
The halt will remain until the announcement is released or the market opens on 2 March 2023.
