Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL) has announced that CEO Stuart Bilbrough will be resigning from his role on 30 June 2023.
He will be returning to his healthcare consulting business, Peak Care Advisory, having achieved the key objectives he was given when he joined the company in early 2022.
The Board of Promisia thanked Stuart for his efforts and wished him all the best.
The Board is currently considering their executive leadership needs and will update the market in due course.
