Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

TradeWindow Holdings Limited (NZX: TWL) announces the resignation of its Chief Operating Officer, Gavin de Steur.

CEO AJ Smith accepted Mr de Steur’s resignation, citing his need to attend to family business and his family.

The COO role will not be replaced and the duties will be spread among TradeWindow’s executive team.

Mr de Steur will remain in the role until 31 August 2022 and will remain involved in a consultancy capacity afterwards.
