Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

09 August 2022

Trade Window Holdings Limited (NZX:TWL) is announcing the resignation of its Chief Operating Officer, Gavin de Steur.

CEO AJ Smith says he has accepted Mr de Steur’s resignation and understands Mr de Steur’s decision to attend to a family business going forward and to his family. “Gavin has been a strong and highly valued contributor to our business since he joined in 2020. I want to thank Gavin for his service, leadership and dedication to the business”.

The COO role will not be replaced at this stage, rather the duties will be spread among TradeWindow’s very capable executive team.

Mr de Steur will remain in the role until 31 August 2022, after which he will remain involved in a consultancy capacity for a period of time.
