Resignation of EROAD’s Chief Financial Officer

EROAD's chief financial officer, Margaret Warrington, has resigned, effective February 21, 2025.

Warrington, who joined the company in August 2020, played a key role in stabilising EROAD's core operations and achieving positive free cash flow.

EROAD said it will now begin the search for a replacement CFO.
