AUCKLAND, 25 November 2024: For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1, technology services company EROAD (ASX/NZX: ERD) advises that Chief Financial Officer, Margaret Warrington, has resigned effective 21 February 2025.
EROAD Co-CEO Mark Heine said “Margaret joined EROAD in August 2020 and has been instrumental in assisting the organisation to stabilise the core and deliver positive Free Cashflow. Margaret has been a valued member of the executive team and has developed a highly capable and valued finance function. In her role she has developed excellent external relationships with our investors, banks and advisers as well as having our legal function report to her. On behalf of the EROAD Executive Leadership Team and the Board, our thanks go to Margaret and we wish her the very best for her new role returning to Summerset Group Holdings Limited.”
EROAD will commence a recruitment process to search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer and will update the market when an appointment is made.
