Restaurant Brands announces retirement of its CEO And CFO

Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (RBD) has announced that Group Chief Executive Officer, Russel Creedy, and Group Chief Financial Officer, Grant Ellis, will be retiring from the company in 2023. Mr. Creedy and Mr. Ellis have been with the company for over 20 years and have been instrumental in its growth and transformation, with RBD achieving more than one billion New Zealand dollars in sales for 2021.

The Board of Directors will commence a search process for both positions and Mr. Ellis and Mr. Creedy will continue to be directly involved in the business until their retirement.
