Rob Hamilton joins Mercury's board in 2025

Rob Hamilton has been appointed to Mercury's board of directors, effective from April 1, 2025.

Hamilton, an independent director, brings more than 30 years of experience in finance and capital markets.

He currently holds directorships at Westpac New Zealand, Oceania Healthcare and Tourism Holdings.

Hamilton's appointment comes as Mercury aims for growth in the energy transition sector.

Meanwhile, James Miller will retire from the board on September 19, 2025, after serving for 13 years.
