Arvida has announced the appointment of Simon Moutter as a director of the company, effective from March 1, 2025.
Moutter, who will serve as a non-executive director, currently holds the position of chair at Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities and is also a director of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
He brings with him significant experience in driving growth and transformation, having previously served as the managing director of Spark New Zealand and the chief executive of Auckland International Airport.
