Goodman Property Trust has announced the appointment of Steve Jurkovich as a non-executive director, effective from July 1, 2025.
Jurkovich, who is the chief executive of Kiwibank, has over 20 years of leadership and governance experience in New Zealand's financial services sector.
He has also held senior positions at ASB, Commonwealth Bank, and Westpac.
Goodman Property Trust said Jurkovich has been identified as an independent director, in accordance with NZX listing rules.
Independent director Keith Smith will be retiring from the board on July 25, 2025.
Goodman Property Trust is a managed investment scheme, listed on the NZX, and is New Zealand's leading warehouse and logistics space provider.
