Promisia Healthcare has announced the promotion of Francisco Rodriguez Ferrere from general manager of finance to chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Rodriguez Ferrere joined the company in October 2023 and played a key role in various initiatives, including the acquisitions in Cromwell, the sale of the Eileen Mary facility, a capital raise, and the refinancing and consolidation of Promisia's debt to BNZ.
In his new role, he will continue to lead and manage Promisia's finance function, as well as oversee risk management, corporate structure, and investment support functions.
